We ship nationally and internationally with no minimum order.

National shipping within the Peninsula will be free if your purchase exceeds 75. Otherwise, transportation costs will be borne by the customer and will vary depending on the destination::

    National shipments

    When you make a purchase, you will receive an email with confirmation of your order. We will prepare your shipment within the next 24-48 business hours and we will contact a carrier to collect it from our warehouse.

    Once the carrier has your order, we will contact you to inform you that your product is on its way. The estimated delivery time indicated above will begin from this moment

    Shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

    Delivery will take place at the address indicated in the order. If at the time of delivery there is no one to pick up the package, a second attempt will be made. In that case, the carrier will contact you at the number provided. To avoid possible delivery problems, we recommend indicating as much detail as possible in the address and providing an operational contact telephone number.

    We work with the best carriers so that your product arrives in the best conditions, as soon as possible, so you can enjoy your purchase. However, during special periods (holidays) delivery may take a little longer.

    International deliveries

    We believe that anyone should have access to our clothing, regardless of where they live. That is why, although we are just starting, we want to offer you the opportunity to place orders if you live outside of Spain.

    We currently offer shipping to some countries in Europe. If you live in Portugal, the shipping cost will be 8.30 and the delivery time will range between 3-5 days. If you live in Germany, Belgium, France, Italy and the Netherlands, the shipping cost will amount to 17.00 and with a delivery time between 4-10 business days. If you live in the United Kingdom, the cost is slightly higher (20) and we estimate a similar delivery time. In both cases, free shipping for minimum order will not be applied (only valid for national shipments).s).

    We are not yet ready to ship outside of Europe. We hope to be able to offer this service soon.

    When you place an order and the delivery address is in a country outside the European Union (United Kingdom), your order may be subject to duties, taxes or other charges due to local / customs laws. These costs are beyond our control and will be borne by the person to whom the order is addressed. If you are sending an international shipment to a third party, please make sure the recipient knows this information. Likewise, it is possible that the order may be delayed for customs reasons.

    We want to be, as always, completely honest with you. We believe we have a good solution for international shipping, but as we are new to this, we do not yet have enough experience and we cannot guarantee delivery times and quality. We are committed to doing our best, but we ask for your trust and a small margin of error. We hope we don't need it :)

    Exchanges, returns and withdrawal

    At Batera we are sure that you will be satisfied with your purchase and to this end we provide you with a detailed size guide, as well as several photos on each product page, to try to minimize the possibility of error and reduce the volume of shipments, which we know has an impact negative on the environment and distances us from leaving a better planet for future generations.

    Despite this, we understand that we do not always get it right the first time. That is why we offer you the possibility of making changes and returns to your order.

    There are different procedures for making changes, returns and withdrawals (order cancellations). Below we will describe the characteristics of each of them, as well as their costs and conditions:

    (1) Change: An exchange is understood as the replacement of a garment with the same one in another color and/or size, as long as it is the same model.

    (2) Return: when there is an error in shipping (we sent you a different garment than the one you ordered) or the product has a defect or factory defect.

    (3) Withdrawal or cancellation of the order: when the customer decides, unilaterally, to cancel the order and return the product, without having to plead anything.

    As these are different cases, we will detail them separately.

     

    ORDER CHANGES

    You can make size and/or color changes of a garment for another of the same model within a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery of the order.

    For example, if you have purchased the Drop sweatshirt in brick color in size L and you want to exchange it for another one of the same color but a different size, or if you prefer to exchange it for a Drop sweatshirt in navy color, in both situations it will be considered a change.

    Exchanges for garments of another model will not be accepted. In this case, we will proceed to return the garment and you must place a new order, paying, if applicable, the difference in cost between both models, or being able to receive a credit if the new garment had a lower cost.

    Each order has a free size change, with subsequent size changes being the responsibility of the customer. If it is a change of color or model, you must pay the shipping amount.

    You can make your change in 3 easy steps:

    1. Send us an email to hello@baterabrand.com with the subject CHANGE, indicating the order number, the product you want to exchange and the product you want to receive (new size/color). We will confirm its availability and send you a label so you can ship.o.

    2. Prepare the package. Ensures that both the product and its labels are in perfect condition. You can use the same box in which you received your order or another box that is resistant and does not allow you to see the interior contents. Once closed, stick the shipping label that we provide in an area visible to the courier.

    3. Send the package to the following address:

      Always include your name and order number on the package.

     

    If for any reason you decide to send it on your own, you will have to pay the shipping costs, since we do not accept any packages with postage collect.

    Batera will not be able to accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged garments (as long as it is not a defect and/or manufacturing defect, or an error in the initial shipment of a product different from that ordered).

    Once we receive your order and verify that it is in perfect condition, with the tags and without having been used or washed, we will contact you by email to confirm receipt and we will proceed to make the exchange for the new garment requested.

    The cost of shipping the new garment will be paid by the customer.

     

    ORDER RETURNS

    In the event that you have received by mistake a product different from the one requested (size, color or model) or if there is a defect/factory defect, you can request the return of the garment at no additional cost within a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery of the order.

    You can decide if you want another garment instead or request a refund of the amount paid. In any case, the cost of the return will be borne by Batera.

    The return process is similar:

    1. Send us an email to hello@baterabrand.com with the subject RETURN, indicating the order number, the product you want to return and if you would like to make an exchange for another garment or receive a refund instead. We may ask you for a photo of the product to better understand the incident. We will send you a label so you can ship with our courier provider at no additional cost.l.

    2. Prepare the package. Ensures that both the product and its labels are in perfect condition. You can use the same box in which you received your order or another box that is resistant and does not allow you to see the interior contents. Once closed, stick the shipping label that we provide in an area visible to the courier.

    3. Send the package to the following address:

    WITHDRAWAL OR CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

For this, you must contact us at hello@baterabrand.com before receiving the shipping confirmation email. Please, to ensure we read it in time, use CANCEL in the subject, along with your order number, and send it as soon as possible.e.

    If, on the other hand, you decide to cancel the order once it has been sent, unfortunately the cost of the return will be at your expense.

    It is important to highlight that in the case of withdrawal, the client will be solely responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

    Once we receive your order and verify that it is in perfect condition, with the labels and without having been used or washed, we will proceed to refund the amount paid.

    Batera reserves the right to refuse refunds for goods or items that are deemed used or damaged.
